Shipsheap OSS(Open Source Software):
Shipsheap is about helping the neighbour to know the neighbour. Neighbours are important
to the community, for every household contains a skill that plays a huge role
in society. As the beginning of Shipsheap, our pride is ensuring that
Lesotho and other countries know that their neighbour holds their answer.

NB! Before any person can save Shipsheap's numbers, they must take the numbers FROM the website &
NOT FROM OTHER PEOPLE TO AVOID BEING SCAMMED!!!
Shipsheap payment method is as follows:
Step 1 - If a customer wants or needs a specific product or service, within the profile of the worker or seller is 'Contact' button.
Step 2 - The customer will Click the 'Contact' button and Shipsheap's numbers will appear. As it appears, the customer will save Shipsheap's numbers whithin
their mobile device.
Step 3 - The customer will open their Whatsapp application(App) and search for Shipsheap's numbers. When the numbers are found, the customer
will text Shipsheap the message "I am a customer"
Step 4 - Shipsheap will respond "Welcome to Shipsheap services, (how can I help you? Please type ONLY or Shipsheap will NOT reply.)"
Step 5 - The customer must respond the help they WANT or NEED e.g I want to talk buy Cabbage; I need to talk to the interior-designer; I want a hair-stylist number ect.
Step 6 - Shipsheap will offer the customer with verified business owners on Shipsheap. IF THE CONTACT IS NOT VERIFIED OR IS NOT AVAILABLE, SHIPSHEAP WILL RESPOND "SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE! THANK YOU FOR USING THE WEBSITE."
Step 7 - When the service or product provider is AVAILABLE, Shipsheap will send a message of Shipsheap 'charging terms' as well as the payment options.
Last Step - Shipsheap will ONLY send the 'CONTACTS' of the business owner after they payment is DONE!
Downside resolution:
> If the numbers Shipsheap sent to the customer DO NOT WORK, the customer should text Shipsheap to report the mishap, and ONLY if the
the numbers DO NOT WORK as Shipsheap confirms the claim, will the customer's money be repaid or tranfered back to the customer.
> This RETURN will be made ONLY before 17:00 p.m or the next day.
Verified:
The 'Verified' section displays local small businesses owners of which Shipsheap is in immediate contact with.
These profiles will be prioritized by Shipsheap when or if the customer is in need of a specific product or service.
This means that, if a customer needs a specific contact for a product or service, Shipsheap will only offer the customer the specific contact ONLY if
the business owner is VERIFIED; if the business owner is NOT verified, Shipsheap will provive an alternative provider of the contact wanted to avoid prolonged contact delays(
or for example, if Shipsheap calls the business and the business does not pick up the phone to confirm availabilty), to not waste the customer's time.
